Since F = ma, and 'a' on Earth is the acceleration due to freefall at 10 m/s^2 ( really 9.8 m/s^2- so your teacher may want your answer as 245 N), you multiply your mass ( 25g ) and your acceleration on Earth and you get 250 N.
