Why do you think the railroads would generally charge small farmers more for short distance shipping than larger manufacturers for a longer distance? is that fair? Explain.
I don't really know maybe because there was a lot of the packages then the longer and larger packages and time. i Don't really think that's fair it should be the other way around it will be more fair!
