I will mark anyone as brainliest for answering this: Off topic, but how do you get a Illiger’s Macaw (Blue-Winged Macaw) in the US? Illiger’s macaw are rare in the US because people don’t really breed them. Should I visit another country to find one or do any of you guys have a suggestion?

that they are rare ans i would say more delicate thats why people don't really breed them because of the breeder effort to make them perfect for the buyer. i honestly don't know where to find them but u could try places like el monte and areas or cities like that
