I don't know how to solve this math in your language, however in my country, we usually do like that:

orange =x

pineapple = y

3x + 2y= 360 (*) and 5x 3y= 550

15x + 10y= 1800 and 15x + 9y= 1650

=>y= 150

replace y=150 in (*), we have: 3x +2×150=360

=>x= 20
