Find slope of 2x + 3y = 18
Start by putting it in y = mx+b form
Y = -2/3x + 18
Slope is -2/3x
Y = -2/3x + b
Plug in the points into equation
4 = -2/3(6) + b
4 = -4 + b
b = 8
Equation: y = -2/3x + 8
