How does glacial melt lead to positive feedback ?

Over the time period, the ice melts and this leads to exposure of the dark greyish rocks and creates more melting from mountain glacier. The reflections from glacier snow are highest as the ice absorbs lesser sunlight helps to keeps the surface cooler.  

Thus reflecting back most of the sunlight, in the summer months due to the agents of erosion the ice begins to move, and this leads to the positive feedback mechanism which melts glaciers.
