1. Draw six to eight balloons on a clean sheet of paper/bond paper.
2. Think carefully about the things about yourself that hold you back from exercising
better self-discipline.
3. Close your eyes for a while and imagine letting go of your unhelpful behaviors, traits
and practices.
4. Are you ready to let go? When you are, write the behaviors, traits and practices you
have identified inside the balloon drawings which you think are not helping you
exercise better self-discipline.
