Fat gives the body energy and supports cell growth. The other use of fat is organ protection from the cold and possible injury from trauma. Some nutrients can only be absorbed when there is fat.

Saturated fat can increase our cholesterol levels and that can lead to some serious health problems.

Avocados are one of the most popular up there with cheese and dark chocolate. Eggs and nuts are also high in fats such as peanuts or almonds. Seeds such as sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds.

I eat a lot of nuts for breakfast. Walnuts to be precise. So I eat  polyunsaturated fats and I do consider them healthy. I consider them healthy because of all the fats I could consume for breakfast they are the best.
