And that you are committed to change

Next, go SLOWLY, and moderately, don’t just instantly cut out EVERYTHING, because you’ll crash more as your body craves the foods that you’re not supposed to be eating

Instead, start off slow and steady, first cut out takeaways down to once a week, then once a month, then once in a blue moon

After you’ve managed to stop eating out so often, you can move on

Cut out sugar!!
Make sure you do this SLOWLY, because you’ll crave everything sweet sooo much, trust me
So start off by not having cereals, and then not having baked beans (for example)
Make sure to check the ingredients in all the food you buy (they will most likely have sugar)
Stop drinking fizzy drinks and juices, stick to water, smoothies or vegetable juices

Start exercising if you don’t already
Exercising helps you to move your body around and sweat
