Baruch bought a group of 10 raffle tickets. Ray spent $28 more than Baruch to buy 14 tickets. What was the price of 1 ticket?

Let the price of one ticket = x

Price of 10 tickets = 10x

Price of 14 tickets = 14x

14x - 10x = 28

4x = 28

x = 28/4

x = 7

Price of one ticket was $7
