Following the above case,Uncle Ed is presenting with a spot on his forehead and and discovered it skin cancer. Three types of skin cancers exist and the types that are most common is basal cell carcinoma, malignant melanoma and squamous cell carcinoma.

When the lesion on uncle Ed's head was checked,it was discovered to have papule and having an ulcer in the center, This condition of basal cell carcinoma which occurs on the upper face and the lesions starts up as papules which abrade and forms bleeding as well as crusted crater in the center.

This type of cancer is less likely to metastasize that is spread to other parts of the body so it can be treated by surgical intervention and the goal is to remove the cancer or applying the prescribed cream.
