Having good communication skill involves the ability to transmit and convey ideas, messages and information in a clear and understandable way. This attribute may from a distinctive characteristic which separates an individual from his peers hence, earning him a reputation and improved personality.

When an individual posses the ability to express ideas and dole out information or messages in a concise and clear manner, such individual is said to have good communication skill.

Distinctive traits or attributes which distinguishes an individual from his peers may be referred to as personality traits.

Therefore, having a good communication skill may be a distinctive feature of an individual which gives him an improved level of personality.
