Hello! I know this is a very simple problem (I'm attempting to help my younger brother with his work), but for some reason I'm really overthinking it.
Tell the time to the nearest hour, half hour, quarter hour, and minute.
The time is 1:44 (AM or PM isn't specified)

Don't worry. I think I over thought this too but I hope this helps.
2:00 nearest hour
1:30 nearest half hour
1:45 quarter hour
1:44 minute
