1. I think sovereignty is someone like the president or being a lawyer or being I judge at court. Anyone in supreme power or wealth.
2. I think the 3 branches ae needed. (Executive, Judicial, and Legislative) because they are part of the government and all have jobs. Without them a government would not run properly.
