2. This would make a good law because it would save animals, water, and food by making sure that none of the waste goes in is water which would hurt our animals and our food.

The main reason why is because more of are animals would be alive because they would not have eaten the waste that is killing many of are animals today. Also, it would help our food and water because if the water is contaminated with the waste and then use the water on our food the food might also be contaminated.
