A tree casts a shadow 10 feet long. This person standing next to the tree casts a shadow 2.5 feet long. The triangle shown for the tree and its shadow
is proportional to the triangle shown for the person and their shadow. If this person is 5 feet tall, how tall is the tree?
B/c the person is 5 feet tall but only casts a shadow 2.5 feet.. that's 1/2 his height, so the tree must also be casting a shadow 1/2 of it's height too, therefore the tree must be 20 feet tall
