PLZ HELP with this problem
Leah combines 6.54 ounces of strawberries with 6.09 ounces of blueberries to make fruit bowls. She pours the fruit equally into 3 bowls, and has 1.68 ounces of fruit left over. How many ounces of fruit are in each bowl?
You first want to add 6.54 to 6.09 getting you an answer of 12.63 then you want to divide that by 3 which gets you an answer of: there are 4.21 ounces in each bowl.
