Basically don't be rude or upsetting for instance if your diagnosing something be mindful that's big news to them so try and comfort them or of someone has passed away telling their family should be respectful always keep their feelings in mind do not just say it right away prepare the patient / person for what you are about to tell them, nurses should only be direct yet thoughtful as well
