I don't understand the question but what I do know is that when a person is looking for a job it means the need more money or enough money the at least put roof over their heads as an adults point of view but from a teenagers point of view most of the time it's paying college tuition or just wanting to save up for something nice. and I'm pretty sure that when people participate in something it's no pay and just for the fun of it and being nice or pay and doing something that they love while they are doing it
