Okay so basically, physical activity is the movement that is carried out by the skeletal muscles that requires energy. In other words, any movement one does is actually physical activity.

Examples:
-Picking up your cup to drink water
-Walking to the mailbox
-Using your ninja skills to grab the remote that's at least 6 feet away from you.

Exercise on the other hand is planned, structured, repetitive and intentional movement intended to improve or maintain physical fitness.

Examples:
-Running
-Playing basketball with some friends
-Weightlifting
Physical activity would be like walking and doing things you normally do. like going form one class to another class. But exercise is when you push your body to the limit and it is getting benefits from you. Like making you stronger, or having more condition.
