I don't know how to fix it, but you're not alone. I keep getting logged out for some reason, and the reset is not working. They don't msg my thing at all. It says incorrect info, even when I DO put in my correct information. I go to my saved ones, look it up, enter it, and it says incorrect!
It feels like a complete scam, and I feel like it is unfair to the people who don't have socials. You can automatically sign in if you have an Apple or "fakebook" (can't say the literal name), but I have neither which makes it incredibly stressful when I can't sign in to answer. I can only get into my account when I search up "brainly.com/question/(numbers)".
I wish they would fix this.
