No, some can be heavily biased. Primary sources can also be translated which makes them less reliable. Hope this helps...

No. Primary sources contain their fair share of biases. History cannot truly be “justified” in my personal opinion; it can be observed and seen, though. Primary sources may not include everything that was happening at the time and/or something could have been left out that would even “justify” something happening. Hope this helps! (:
