PLEASE HELP Solve this equation show your work and choose the best answer: 5X +8 = 18

Work:
18-8=10
10 divided by 5=2

The answer is x=2.

You would subtract 8 from both sides and it would get you 5x=10. Then you divide both sides by 5 and you get x=2.
