I tried to contact brainly at "contact us" and it doesn't work. Here is what I said "I bought brainly plus and everything went fine for a few days. Then one day, below my profile said "you'll have brainly plus until 10/01/2020". On top of that, the bottom of the page said, "your brainly plus can't renew due to a payment issue". I clicked my profile and it said I'm on brainly basic plan. Whenever I look up answers, I get ads as if I don't have brainly plus. So I went ahead to buy brainly plus again as the tabs said and it said that you already have brainly plus and just enjoy. Can you help me?" brainly help!

Something may be wrong with your browser try closing out of app and things by using task manager and then restart your computer if that doesn't help try a few more times to contact them through email and through the website

If you have a app log out of brainly and delete it and all its storage from the cloud and log in with a different account. If you have it on a webpage try to log out and try with another account or create a new account. I hope it helps you.....
