This statement is essentially saying that having sex before marrying and devoted your life to someone, as many people, especially theists, think is immoral/a sin is not as bad as devoting your life to someone through marriage and commiting adultery.

sex outside marriage is considered zina, Allah has made it a major sin sex inside marriages is not a sin because you know your spending ur life with em Allah has did it so we couldn’t hurt ourselves.
