Did the middle colonies have mills in the 1730's?

After harvesting their crops of grains, farmers took them to a gristmill ( that’s what they called mills back then). The millers crushed the grain between heavy stones to produce flour or meal. Humans and animals powered some of the mills. Water wheels was built along the region’s plentiful rivers and were powered most of the mills.
