No, you should not ever attempt to move someone from an accident scene, unless you are a trained and registered EMT, then moving of the victims could cause even more damage, including spinal damage and cranial.

Accidents victims could very well had fractured spines or stabbed wounds that can be moved and created fatalities if handled incorrectly. Because of this, it is best for you to call the 911 or the nearest medical facilities to help the accident victim instead.
