Answer:
In simple sense, gender profiling is the method of demonstration of a person as feminine or masculine type on the basis of race, sex etc.Basically it's motto is to clarify the situation that which gender can do better in different situation. But somewhere in the name of ancestral value and religion gender profiling is misguided. Today also in most of the orthodox societies, females are mostly dominated in the name of gender. They are suppressed and forced to live the life which other wants not them.In male dominant societies, their voices and talents are buried. They are treated very badly. At the same time males are also not given the opportunities to follow their passion.Males are given the powers but some of them can't follow their own passion like cooking. Here both of the genders are much affected due to gender profiling .In this way, gender profiling is affecting self identity .
Thank you for the question. In some of our societies of Nepal also this problem has ruined the life of people.
Answer:
Gender (born): male or female. Femininity/ masculinity
Identity: how you see yourself without acknowledging your gender. Who you are? In other words, who are you?
Explanation:
Gender profiling doesn’t allow people to expand self knowledge. Meaning that they go by as male or female In order for them to find Where they fit into society. This also includes race, religion, personal thoughts and biological sex. Gender is the basics on how someone should act or behave which leads to it affecting this vision we all have, finding our own identity. Male or female are placed in a certain group that’s lead by what society has been taught. Making it hard or impossible for someone to try something new. Perhaps a new career or way of thinking, dressing, and walking. When society sees you as one particular gender you begin to express And act upon as that particular gender.
