Solution :

Simplifying time spend in normal fraction .

$t=3\dfrac{2}{5}=\dfrac{(3\times 5)+2}{5}\\\\\\t=\dfrac{17}{5}\ hours$

Now , time taken to complete full project .

$x=\dfrac{17}{5} \times \dfrac{8}{4}\\\\x=6.8\ hours$

Therefore , hours required to complete the project is 6.8 hours .
