So my claim is "People who post inappropriate and immature posts on social media should have consequences and, they should not be able to get away with it and see it as an “okay thing to do.” And the question I am asking is, "What would the other side say to your claim? Use the information you have gathered from research to write the counterclaim in a single sentence.

Maybe you could write: "Some of the consequences may prevent people from wanting to use social media, and this would cause a general decrease in social media users."

But this is a pretty strong claim and there isn't much to argue against it. It would be easier if you edited your claim, so it would be easier to argue against it.
