How do Federal, State and Local Governments differ?

Answer: Federal government is for the whole country. Includes presidents, vice presidents, etc. State government is for a particular state it includes governors, secretaries of state, etc. Local government is for provinces, parishes, cities, etc. It consists of mayors and council members.
