K.E = 1/2 × m × v²

= 1/2 × (0.1:1000) × 7²

[tex] = 2.45 \times 10 ^{ - 3} j[/tex]

actually im not sure the mass unit for your grade, but in my grade the mass unit must be kg thats why i divide by 1000 which make the results so small.
