Substituting 15 for t gives you...
[tex]15n = 6n-9.5[/tex]
Now the trick is to move all terms with n to one side.
Subtract 6n from both sides...
[tex]9n = -9.5[/tex]
Dividing both sides by 9 gives you...
[tex]n = -1 \frac{1}{18} [/tex]
