The longest intestine in the human body is the small intestine. It is 20 feet long (5 meters) while the large intestine is 5 feet long (1.5 meters)

The large intestine is five feet long. it is to absorb water and salts from some material which has not been digestive as food and also get rid of any kind of waste things left over in  stomach.
