I'm not sure what and is...is it adding or an equal sign?

30=11x-7x

30=4x

30/4=x

7.5=x

for plus sign

evalute

(7x+30)+11x

7x+11x+30

18x+30

factorize

(7x+30)+11x

18x+30

6(3x+5)
