That's when everything is the same except for that one which makes it an experiment. The last one is also false. The questions are usually based on previous research that was studied, read, or similar.
The person who answered them all one of them is incorrect the rest are right. But the one about "Which variable is measured in an experiment?" The answer is dependent variable.
