Mark show resilience at two stages first when he sent to another world through blue light beam and secondly when he was in jail and tried to escape but come back for the help of the villagers.

Explanation:

• When mark is beaten by the snake and woke up in another world he used his survival skills to keep him alive, and he searched for life and food there. I believe mark showed resilience at this point because he did not mourn and panic on the situation rather he kept himself composed and use all his survival skills which he knows and eventually those skills helps him to live and find life and food there.
• When he was in jail of Tsook tribe, he tried to escape from the jail, and he succeeded in this. When left the village he got to know about the attack. So he came back to inform the tribe leader about the attack. Here mark showed resilience because he could keep his grudges and grief of enslavery and could leave the village, but he didn't do that instead he showed flexibility by letting go of bad experience and help the leader to protect the village.
