Using the breaking apart method,what is the best way to multiply 8 by 7?

if we multiply 8 and 7 we get the answer:
8 x 7 = 56
Now we are going to break apart the number in such a way that we still get the answer 56.
we can split 8 into 2 equal parts 4 and 4, so
8 = 4+4
but 7 cannot break apart in equal part so,
(4+4) x 7 = 56
we can also add 7,  8 times or add 8 7 times and still get the answer 56,
7+7+7+7+7+7+7+7=56
8+8+8+8+8+8+8 = 56
