I have been going on walks and runs, and doing push-ups. My family sometimes goes on the walks with me.

Explanation:

The walks help just keep you doing basic movement while the runs help you with your heart and lungs. The running helps keep you in basic shape. The push-ups help work on basic upper body strength and they take little space. They also help build muscle mass and bone density.

I would go on runs and walks I would be doing these to take exercise and make myself feel better
