Scenario: A patient is brought to the ambulatory clinic by a family member. The
family member reports that the patient vomited en route to the clinic. The
assessment reveals she is drowsy, and her pupils are sluggish. What actions
should the admitting nurse take? What may be responsible for these
manifestations?

Respuesta :

The nurse should definitely keep the patient hydrated and give him some food. If the patient is feeling drowsy, food helps with strengthening the body. Unfortunately, I don’t know the answer the last bit.
The nurse should take care of her patients and feed them and give them something to drink
