f(x) = -4x – 7
g(x) = x² + 7x – 2

Answer:

(x)=(x-7)(x-4)

g(x)=x(2)+7x - 2

Now find a common denominator. (x+10)(x-4) is a good one.

x-16/(x+10)(x-4)+x-4/(x+10)(x-4)

2x-20/(x+10)(x-4)
