In a normal distribution the data  from the  left and right hand side of the median must have equal frequency.

Here Median lies between 70 and 71

( since median is the central tendency of the data)

Hence,

Median=(70+71)/2=70.5

The weights on the left and right hand side of the median do not have same frequencies.

Hence, this could not  be represented by a bell curve (a normal distribution)
