if there are a total of 195 campers and the ratio is 8:7 then that means 195 is equal to 15 units so to find the number of boys divide 195 by 15 to find 1 unit it is 13 then multiply 13 by 8 to get 104 which is the number of boy campers and multiply it by 7 to get 91 which is the number of girl campers
