2. The point of the cartoon is to show how politicians are no longer doing what is right when making descisions. Instead, they are only motivated by money and greed.

3. I agree with the cartoon, because politicians are indeed denying problems like this because of ulterior economic motives. Also, because nobody is doing anything about these issues, they are just going to get worse.
