And if the manufacturers go to the poorest people willing to work for the least money, they will get the job. Seeing as the market for available jobs will go down, everyone will want a job, which means the manufacturers can take advantage of this and drive the salary down as low as possible, and also make the living conditions bad to save money. Industrialism in the West made the rich richer and the poor poorer, so we can see why Karl Marx invented socialism.
