You will now create a melody that takes into consideration all of the tools you have learned about.
You will need to include all of the following components in your melody.
There must be a variety of pitches, but you may use any instrumentation you like.
There must be a minimum of 12 measures.
There must be at least two dynamic markings.
The piece must have an identifiable melodic shape.
You must include a paragraph describing the theory of the piece, using appropriate musical vocabulary. Describe the story or emotion expressed in the piece.
