( ∩ )  i guess represents the intersection of probabilities, P(A ∩B )  = 0.32

then P(SIQ) is the probability of S if we know that Q already happend.

This is:

P(S) =P(A ∩B ) /P(Q)

P(S) = (0.32)/(0.45) = 0.71

Then P(SIQ) = 0.71
