Here’s a trick, for any 24h time after 12h, subtract 12 from that number. For example:
13h41 (13-12=1)
The minute stays the same and the hour is now PM

For times with the hour as 04:30 for example, those are AM times and don’t need to be subtracted.

17h50=5:50pm
23h25=11:25pm
08h53=8:53am
