An employer is an individual who hires and pays for the services of another individual.
The attributes employers look for in an employee to be successful includes;
- Organizing your time effectively: The ability of a worker to manage his time. An employer must be able to plan his time well to be able to deliver a task within a specified period of time.
- Thinking creatively: A worker should be able to think out of the box; that is, he should be able to find another way to be able to complete a task without affecting the quality of such task.
- Openness and adaptability to new technology: There is improvement in technology daily, an employee should be open to new technology and also adapt to the new technology.
- Asking good questions and using data effectively: Data is collected periodically in an organization. These dates are meant to improve the quality and quantity of work. A good employee should ask reasonable questions and use the data to improve his work.
