I think that throws light on our assumption that there is such a thing as moral progress — we in the West consider ourselves largely more enlightened than our great, great grandparents, who are likely to have been racist, sexist and homophobic (just for starters). But at the same time, the question prohibits us from being smug about this progress and draws attention to our own failings. Yet it does so in a detached way, asking not ‘What are we doing wrong?’ which is likely to make people defensive, but the more roundabout question of what other people in the future might think we are doing wrong (which leaves open the possibility that they are wrong about what we are doing wrong, it removes the idea that we are being judged.

Gender-Based Discrimination exists likely to be taken more seriously later, rather than its normalization today. I have felt dishonest as a woman concerning the same,

Respected everyone,

Gender-based discrimination has been identified in modernizing social setup. But still, patriarchy exists so imbibed in the social system, that these discriminations exist still being involuntarily followed, due to such long social conditioning. These current practices generally done today are likely to be taken as a more severe form of discrimination later.

I feel that - I, being a woman exists treated unfairly many times, due to the above-mentioned & explained gender discriminatory practices. For Eg: Violence against women creates them desirably more 'protected' citizens, whose freedom exists thereafter restricted. {Eg: Women exist more vulnerable to unsafe incidents late at night & hence are desired, recommended to stay home then}.
